We are writing to check-in and keep everyone updated on the latest status/schedule of how things are progressing.
We have been constantly checking with the shipping company and our factory every step of the way to make sure things are on schedule. We are proud to announce that the first shipment has arrived in Oakland, CA port - while the second shipment is on its way to arrive in Savannah, GA port by March 18th as scheduled. International orders are on track for end-March to mid-April shipment (depending on your country). The factory has continued to assemble and perform quality control to ship more units out. Now that our factory has had all the parts and processes in place and the workers have been through this before, things have been a lot smoother.
Regarding shipment, we have proactively prepared all the required documents so it was relatively seamless to clear customs. The same can be expected for the second shipment to the East Coast. The first units are on their way to our warehouse in Salt Lake City, Utah, and will arrive on March 8th so FDA documentation can get processed. (FDA is not actually needed to ship a coffee machine. We wanted to do this right so we took the extra mile to make sure it meets the highest quality standard - something we’re proud to ship to you. All testing has been successfully completed prior to the first assembly.) We have been told to expect this document checking process to take 5 days. After the 5 days, the units will then be ready for last mile delivery to you! This should take around 3-5 days. You will also be receiving the tracking number in your email around then. We will keep babysitting this process and make sure to keep you updated.

In short, we are on schedule to deliver the first units to the West Coast by March 16th-18th :) The units to East Coast are well on the way - on schedule as well. Final assembly and quality control have resumed for the remaining units as promised by our factory.
In the meantime, we are putting together a series of videos to make sure setting up the device happens smoothly for everyone. We will also have a forum to further our communication beyond shipping. More details in the next update coming soon (next few days)!
